53pc Pakistanis prefer winter over summer: survey

ISLAMABAD: The majority of Pakistani people prefer winter over summer.

It was revealed by a Gallup Pakistan survey, in which more than 1,000 people participated from across the country. The survey was conducted between January 3 and 18, 2024.

In the survey, 53 percent said winter was their favorite season, while 35 percent said summer was their favorite.

12 percent refrained from giving any opinion on the question. In the survey, it was seen that the majority of Pakistanis spent the winter holidays at home.

Some 72% said they had spent holidays at home, however 16% said they visited recreational places in winter. 12% did not answer the question.
