QUETTA: A policeman guarding a polio vaccination team was shot dead by unidentified men in the Eastern Bypass area of Quetta on Friday.
According to police, the assailants opened fire on a police party providing security to the polio vaccination team, injuring Constable Jamil Ahmed. He was rushed to the Sandeman Provincial Hospital Quetta where he died.
