Dr Ajaz Rashid urged young veterinarians to learn about practical experiences regarding disease diagnosis, surgeries
LAHORE:Renowned veterinarian Dr Ajaz Rashid from East Windsor Animal Hospital, USA, visited the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore and called on Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Nasim Ahmad at City Campus.
A detailed meeting chaired by Prof Dr Nasim Ahmad was held in which suggestions and inputs were sought from Dr Ajaz as to how to bring more competencies in practical work of young veterinarians for treatment of animals and train them to serve as best human resource/veterinarians. Speaking on the occasion, Dr Ajaz Rashid urged young veterinarians to learn about practical experiences regarding disease diagnosis, surgery, proper handling and treatment of animals. He said it was necessary for all veterinarians to learn about latest knowledge, practices and professional skills. —
