ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday granted protective bail to Amin Ullah Niazi, the cousin of the PTI founder and former Punjab Assembly member, in connection with the May 9 incident.
A division bench of the IHC, comprising Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani and Justice Samman Rriffat, heard the plea of the appellant.
The court directed the appellant to appear before the court by January 5 and restrained the police from arresting him.
