SUKKUR: The Sindh High Court (SHC) Sukkur bench on Wednesday dismissed the bail application of accused Fayyaz Shah in the murder case of Fatima Furriro, the maid who was killed in a mansion of Ranipur Pir.

Reports said that on Wednesday, the Sindh High Court’s circuit bench Sukkur dismissed the bail application of Pir Fayyaz Shah in the killing of 10-year-old maid Fatima Furriro a few months ago in a Havelli of Pir of Ranipur.

The circuit bench of Sindh High Court Sukkur, including Justice Muhammad Iqbal Kalhoro and Justice Arbab Ali Hakro had first reserved a decision on the bail application of Pir Syed Fayyaz Shah after hearing the arguments of the counsel of Pir Fayyaz Shah and the counsel of deceased Fatima. Later, the court dismissed the bail application of Fayyaz Shah by announcing the reserved decision.

It is mentioned here that a few days ago, the anti-terrorism court of Khairpur also rejected the bail application of Pir Fayyaz Shah.
