LAHORE:A group show of paintings ‘Past, Present and Beyond’ opened at Coopera Art Gallery. Four fresh graduates in Fine Art displayed their 36 pieces of striking artworks done in different idioms.
Artists themselves inaugurated the show in presence of large number of art enthusiasts and artists. Kiran Maqsood has captured the power of words to express her experiences and emotions, Mahnoor Sarfraz has attempted to paint Sufi poetry in overlapping style and Mahpara Raza tried to create classic landscape by blending oriental and modern shapes, whereas Abdul Mannan portrayed human behaviour, emotions and relationship in realism to investigate forgotten events. The exhibition will remain open from 10.30am to 6pm daily until November 25, 2023 except holidays.
