Architects, builders, home improvement and remodeling firms, landscaping companies and estate and property consultants gathered under one roof to facilitate public on second day of theJang Media Group'sDream Home Expo 2016 being held at the Pak-China Friendship Centre.
The consultants and experts assisted the buyers and investors and answeredtheir queries. Sunday being an off-day, families thronged the venue and visited as many stalls as they could to gather knowledge and collecting brochures of various estate and property agencies. Many costume characters were seen entertaining kids as families were busy in collecting information.
“It istime for me to start thinking about investment in plots that come in my budget because my kids are growing up and I’ll need money for their education for higher education. I am a housewife and need to save some money for my kids for their better future,” shared Ayesha Khan while talking to this scribe. “Instead of wasting days and months to fish out the best property, I came here to save my time because all big names are under one roof,” she added.
The upper portion of the Pak-China Friendship Centre was designated for home improvement projects and one could improve, renovate, design and decorate their house with style and comfort according to his or her budget.
“It is that time of the year when we should start thinking about insulating our homes before summerwhich is fast approaching. “Finally, I have shortlisted all improvements my home needs and be availing services they are providing us. By insulating my house, I would make it energy cost-efficient and would definitely cut down my electricity bill. LED lights, office, home and kid’s furniture are also available here, this has definitely saved my trip to the furniture market,” said Sheharyar excitedly.
Women were seen interested in buying jewellery, clothes, purses and decorative items that were available at various stalls. The biggest attraction of the expo was the lucky draw counter where people were seen participating in the draw that would gift five gold keys to the lucky winners everyday.
The garden furniture, air-conditioner stalls, battery stalls, light stalls, mattresses and art collector items were also available at the venue. The expo will continue till Monday and the consultants would be available till night to facilitate people coming to see the exhibition.
