Bahria Town starts handing over villas ahead of time

Bahria Town, Karachi has started giving the possession of Bahria Homes – 200 square yard, 3-bed double story villas – to the owners before time.

The possession of various residential and commercial plots has already been given to their owners, says a press release.

At a function, organised in this regard, the owners of Bahria Homes were handed over keys of their newly built houses. Bahria Town Vice Chief Executive Zain Malik distributed the keys among the members and congratulated them. A large number of families attended the function.

Zain Malik told the media on the occasion that Bahria Town project wanted to give people of Karachi the best lifestyle. He said Bahria Town wanted to provide the same facilities to the owners of 125 square yard houses, which are given to the residents of 1,000 sq yard houses. He said Bahria Town is working on 220-megawatt gas-run plant and 25-megawatt solar plat to meet the electricity needs of dwellers of the residential scheme.

Talking to the media, a family who was given the possession of a house, said they were really happy to get a home of their dreams. The family said completing such a quality house in a small period of time was the proof of efficiency Bahria Town team.
