Despite deployment of 4000 police and Rangers personal in Red Zone, protesters comfortably came here. The PM is perturbed and directed the concerned authorities to ascertain lack of communication between Rawalpindi and Islamabad police.

Interior Minister Ch Nisar, who is responsible for law and order situation in the capital, also couldn't pay attention to the gravity of the situation. The police officers of the twin cities totally relied on the intelligence reports mentioning protesters will not march to Red Zone but when they moved, police were not ready to stop them.

The police officers sought the guidance from senior political leadership on how to tackle protesters but none was available to give them direction. When they woke up, it was too late as protesters reached in front of Parliament and ultimately the federal government sent for Pakistan Army to guard Parliament and get Red Zone vacated from the protesters.
