KARACHI: A division bench of Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday sent the matter of judgment order pertaining to supermodel Ayan Ali to the Chief Justice of Sindh High Court.
The bench headed by Justice Ahmed Ali M. Shaikh heard a petition filed by Ayan Ali for removing her name from the Exit Control List (ECL).
The counsel for the model informed the court that her name had been put on ECL once again, which was removed earlier. He said the court had already directed respondents in the petition to inform the court before putting her name on the ECL again.
The court sent the matter to the chief justice for the judgement order.
