NSD third round: Pak-UK talks focus on counter-terrorism, regional security

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and United Kingdom Tuesday in their third round of National Security Dialogue (NSD) discussed issues relating to counter-terrorism, regional security and the situation in Afghanistan.
Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar led the Pakistan’s delegation while the UK side was represented by National Security Adviser, Sir Kim Darroch, at the Foreign Office here. The National Security Dialogue is part of the Pakistan-UK Enhanced Strategic Dialogue (ESD), which was formally launched during British Prime Minister David Cameron’s visit to Pakistan on April 5.
