CHARSADDA: The police arrested two alleged bike snatchers including the ring leader of the gang and recovered three stolen motorcycles and other robbed items from them, police said.
They said the action was taken on the complaint of an aggrieved person Naeem Khan.
The cops said Naeem reported a robbery and bike snatching incident to police. Following the complaint, a special police team was formed in the supervision of Deputy Superintendent of Police City Syed Iftikhar to investigate the incidents.
The police thoroughly investigated the cases. It traced and arrested two members including the ring leader of the bike snatching group.
The cops identified the arrested accused as Farid Khan and Zahir Shah, adding the police recovered three stolen bikes, a mobile phone set and spare parts of motorcycles from the possession of the arrested accused.
