Woman among two found dead

A 20-year-old girl and an unidentified man were found dead in different parts of the city on Saturday.
The girl was identified as Maryam and her body was found inside a house situated in the family quarters of Fazal Textile Mill in Memon Goth.
According to the Memon Goth SHO, Maryam was the daughter of Mehboob Ali and lived in the family quarters with her elder brother who had found her dead when he returned from work in the evening.
Meanwhile, an unidentified man was found dead inside a trunk lying near Sector 1 of the furniture market in Manzoor Colony.
Baloch Colony SHO Malik Saleem said the police were informed about the abandoned trunk and when they broke it open they discovered a man’s body wrapped in bed sheet. He said the cause of death could not be immediately ascertained.
