SIALKOT: The body of a missing youth was found from Upper Chenab Canal on Friday. Some passersby spotted the body of Babar Maqbool and informed Sambrial police. It was learnt that the deceased was a resident of Adalat Garha village and had been missing for the last some days. The police have registered a case and started investigation.

According to police, an unidentified woman visited the office of Amina Arifa, the principal of a school situated on Raja Road in the limits of the Kotwali police, on the pretext of getting admission information. In the meantime, the principal had to leave her office for some urgent piece of work and when she returned, the woman had fled after taking cash and gold ornaments.
