Man found dead in hotel room
LAHORE
A 43-year-old man was found dead in a hotel room in the South Cantt area on Saturday.
The deceased was identified as Muhammad Bilal. He hailed from Silakot and dealt in motorbike business. Police said he had checked into the hotel on Friday night.
According to the hotel administration, the hotel staff tried to check him in the room on Saturday morning but no one responded. So the staff opened the room and found him dead on the bed.
According to police, the body has been removed to morgue. Prima facie it looked the man died of cardiac seizure. However, postmortem would ascertain the cause of his death. Police said that the deceased's family had been informed about the matter and they were being questioned to know more about his trip to Lahore.
