ISLAMABAD: PPP senior leader Aitzaz Ahsan has said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif may not perhaps complete his tenure due to his mistakes.
“PM Nawaz Sharif always commits some major mistakes. Perhaps PM may not complete his tenure due to his mistakes. Now we have to see when he makes a rod for his own back (when he hits his leg with axe ),” he said this while talking to media men here Monday.
PPP leader said success in operation Zarb-e-Azb is big achievement of Army Chief General Raheel Sharif. The entire nation lauds this achievement, however, PPP is not in favour of any extension in the service tenure of army chief, he remarked.
Army chief should retire from his post on completion of his service tenure, he underlined.
He stressed that federal government should stop from interfering in the affairs of Sindh otherwise divergences can be created between federal and Sindh government.
Dr Asim is not cause of Asif Zardari disease. Dr Asim and PPP are neither terrorist nor do they support terrorists he observed.
Aitzaz said If Dr Asim is involved in corruption then action should be initiated against him.
