Today’s peaceful Karachi result of 2-year effort: DG Rangers

KARACHI: Director General, Sindh Rangers, Maj Gen Bilal Akbar Thursday termed law and order of Karachi as satisfactory and credited the current ‘peaceful’ situation in the metropolis to a sustained effort of past two years.
Speaking to media persons here, Maj Gen Bilal Akbar said Sindh Rangers enjoys support of the Federal and provincial governments, adding, the efforts of paramilitary force to make Sindh peaceful will continue without any interruption.

Lauding ‘all out support’ of the people of Karachi, he thanked and urged them to continue the same. “We will move in coordination with all the institution for establishing peace,” he added.
