Islamabad says Iran assured not to allow its soil against Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Iran has assured it would not allow its soil to be used against Pakistan, Foreign Office said Thursday.
Foreign Office spokesman Nafees Zakariya while addressing weekly media briefing here said the government is considering Indian request to allow consular access to RAW terrorist Kulbhushan Yadav, who was arrested in Balochistan recently.

The spokesman said that Pakistan will continue to raise Samjhota Express terrorist attack with India.
To a question he said, “India has not apprised Pakistan of progress in investigations into the train bombing.”
Zakariya said Pakistan will continue efforts to promote Afghan reconciliation process.
