Hussain Nawaz’s statement is confession to crime: Aitzaz
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader, Aitzaz Ahsan on Tuesday said Hussain Nawaz publicly admitted to owning offshore companies which should be viewed as a confession to crime.
Talking to media persons, Aitzaz Ahsan said Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s son Hussain Nawaz went on record to admit he owns offshore companies with an ‘Alhamdullilah’. “This is a confession to crime,” he added.
Pointing to Hussain Nawaz, Aitzaz said in a derogatory tone, ‘where did you work for 8 to 10 hours to make so much money’.
He said it seems Hussain Nawaz has Midas touch, as whatever he laid his hands on turned into gold.
Aitzaz said Panama Papers created a stir all across the world and these are not a result of a conspiracy exclusively hatched against Sharif family.
