RAWALPINDI: Paying rich tributes to valour and sacrifice of two Military Police soldiers, who embraced martyrdom in an attack on their vehicle in Karachi, Army Chief General Raheel Sharif on Tuesday said such terrorist attacks will fail to shake the national resolve of rooting out terrorism once and for all.
According to tweets by DG Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Lt Gen Asim Bajwa, the Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) said terrorist attacks, like the one took place in Karachi earlier today, were being carried out by the terrorists to undermine the progress of Operation Zarb-e-Azb.
“Such terrorist acts which aim to undermine progress of Op ZeA, cannot shake our national resolve to root out terrorism from our soil once for all,” he was quoted as saying.
