LAHORE/OKARA: Election material for NA-122, PP-147 and NA-144 was distributed to the polling staff on Saturday under the watchful eye of the Pakistan Army for the by-elections to take place tomorrow (Sunday).

Geo News reported that delivery of ballot papers, ballot boxes and voter lists to the 284 polling stations for the by-election in Lahore began under the supervision of the Pakistan Army. Of the 284 polling stations 16 will have booths for men and women while 134 have been designated for only men and the same number for women.

In Okara, the process began with some delay, first because the returning officer arrived late and second due to mismanagement of the process.
