Suspect held for funding RAW agents: SSP CTD

KARACHI: Police claimed to have taken into custody a suspect from Karachi who was allegedly involved in funding terrorists affiliated with India’s top spy agency, Research and Analysis Wing (RAW).

KARACHI: Police claimed to have taken into custody a suspect from Karachi who was allegedly involved in funding terrorists affiliated with India’s top spy agency, Research and Analysis Wing (RAW).

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), Naveed Khawaja said the suspect, identified as Adil Ansari, works as a sub-inspector in KMC.

The SSP CTD said Adil Ansari has been taken into custody for his alleged involvement in funding terrorists of RAW and sending them to India for training.
