One policeman killed, five others injured in Quetta blast
QUETTA: A roadside bomb exploded at Gawalmandi Chowk in Quetta on Tuesday, leaving at least one policeman dead and injuring five others, including two children.
According to police, a suspicious carton of cotton was lying on the roadside with electrical wires sticking out of it.
As police personnel approached it for close inspection, it blew up killing one policeman.

Rescue sources said the injured persons were rushed to Civil Hospital, where emergency was imposed.
Law enforcement agencies reached the site of the incident and cordoned off the area.
