LAHORE: Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique demanded of Muttahida Qaumi Movement Chief Altaf Hussain to withdraw his statements and seek an apology from the nation.

Addressing party workers after inaugurating pedestrian bridge on Lahore’s Walton Road on Saturday, the minister said Altaf Hussain's senseless demands to call NATO forces were not acceptable. "Using abusive language and threats is not what you call leadership,” said Rafique.

Criticising Imran Khan, the minister said the PTI chairman too needs to change his style of politics or else he would become a burden on his own party.
