ISLAMABAD: At least 40 top ranking officers of the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) who were allegedly involved in corruption and various crimes were dismissed from their posts on Friday.
An investigative report a few days ago revealed a list of 40 officials including a Director General, GM projects, DGM operations, Intelligence Officer and various managers.

An investigative report a few days ago revealed a list of 40 officials including a Director General, GM projects, DGM operations, Intelligence Officer and various managers.
All those included in the list are appointed in different NADRA offices located in Karachi and were allegedly involved in issuance of fake CNICs besides various other crimes.
While four Director Generals were demoted to other positions for misusing their authority.
