ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan addressing the Senate on Monday said that the government has always tried taking the peaceful route first, to bring peace to the country.
He went on to say that when it was found that terrorists were being hypocritical then the government decided to call of all negotiations and begin the operation against them.

ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan addressing the Senate on Monday said that the government has always tried taking the peaceful route first, to bring peace to the country.
He went on to say that when it was found that terrorists were being hypocritical then the government decided to call of all negotiations and begin the operation against them.
Nisar further said that when the government took over they used to be five to six bomb attacks by terrorists daily, adding that within months of the operation, much success has been made.
The interior minister also called for unity above political affiliation to eliminate the menace of corruption from society.
He was taking part in a discussion in Senate on a motion moved by Syed Tahir Hussain Mashhadi regarding issue of corruption in Federal Government Departments.
Nisar said it is the responsibility of the government to take practical steps to root out the menace of corruption and provide justice to the people.
He went on to say that when it was found that terrorists were being hypocritical then the government decided to call of all negotiations and begin the operation against them.
