LONDON: Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain on Friday congratulated the Parliamentary Committee over the unanimous approval of resolution, aimed at maintaining ‘neutrality’ in the Yemen conflict.

According to a statement issued here, the MQM chief welcomed Pakistan's stance not to become a party in Saudi-Yemen conflict, saying the decision would have positive impact over the Muslim Ummah and the region.

He said in the resolution, Pakistan has appealed to the Muslim Ummah and world community to play their role in the Saudi-Yemen conflict which would yield positive results as these communities will utilize their skills and energies to put an end to Saudi-Yemen conflict through dialogues.
