Parliament stands firmly behind army against terrorism: Rabbani

ISLAMABAD: Senate Chairman-elect, Raza Rabbani says, while he opposed the 21st amendment he will remain neutral if a 22nd amendment is tabled.

Speaking to journalists after offering Fateha at the Quaid’s mausoleum in Karachi, Rabbani said the country is passing through a very delicate period adding that history will not forgive mistakes we make today.

Speaking to journalists after offering Fateha at the Quaid’s mausoleum in Karachi, Rabbani said the country is passing through a very delicate period adding that history will not forgive mistakes we make today.

He stressed, that political parties should create unity among themselves in order to tackle internal issues. Rabbani added, that the parliament stands behind the army to root out terrorism from the country.
