KARACHI: Sindh Rangers spokesman on Monday renounced allegations leveled by a ‘political party’ against the paramilitary force, terming them contradictory to the facts.

In a statement issued here, the Rangers spokesman said the ongoing operation in Karachi was directed indiscriminately toward criminals.
He termed the allegations as an attempt to damage the ongoing targeted operation which is being undertaken to ensure national security.
The spokesman further said that criminals who were taken into custody a day earlier were all involved in crimes.
He said no matter how the criminals disguise themselves they will continue to remain the target of the paramilitary force.
