KARACHI: At least four people were killed in separate acts of violence in the metropolis on Sunday.
The first incident took place in the Malir area of the city when unknown gunmen opened fire at two men on a motorcycle. One of the victims was killed on the spot while the other succumbed to his injuries while being taken to the hospital.
A third person killed identified as Akhtar Hussain was shot dead in the Orangi Town area of Karachi near Islam Chowk. His son was injured in the attack. The victim is a member of Ahle Sunaat Wal Jamaat.
One person was killed in Lyari near Gharib Shah Mazar in a firing incident.
