KARACHI: Two police personnel were killed in firing in Nazimabad, raising the number of policemen murdered since night to five, Geo News reported.
According to police, the personnel identified as Ghafoor and Farooq were deployed outside Noorul Emaan mosque in Nazimabad No. 3 when unknown gunmen sprayed bullets on them.
The dead bodies have been shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

KARACHI: Two police personnel were killed in firing in Nazimabad, raising the number of policemen murdered since night to five, Geo News reported.
According to police, the personnel identified as Ghafoor and Farooq were deployed outside Noorul Emaan mosque in Nazimabad No. 3 when unknown gunmen sprayed bullets on them.
The dead bodies have been shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
Earlier, In Lyari, two policemen were killed in an attack on a check post in Musa Lane.
Police said four gangsters fired gunshots at a Madadgar 15 check post, killing constables Saeed Akbar, 40, and Niaz Hussain, 42.
Both policemen suffered multiple bullet wounds and died on the way to a hospital.
