ISLAMABAD: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman after meeting Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif on Friday, said that he still held the same stance that the words ‘religion’ and ‘faith’ should be removed from the 21st amendment.

While speaking to the media after meeting Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif during which the latter tried to allay Fazl’s concerns, the JUI-F Chief said that if the words would not be removed then in that case tribal as well as ethnic based terrorism should also be included.

He went on to say that the constitution actually speaks about action against all forms of terrorism.

At the end of the meeting, the Chief Minister assured the JUI-F Chief that he would again address his concerns.
