Freedom of expression has been the most curtailed and ignored right in Pakistan’s constitutional history

The 1973 constitution has seen many alterations and a lot of restructuring through amendments

The need for fair representation of women in the justice sector cannot be ignored

Had there been an effective implementation of laws, the state of service delivery would have been more reassuring

Without inherent fairness, the constitution would not have stood the test of time
