Xulfi, who now is even better known for producing two of Pakistan’s favorite music shows than he ever was for Call or EP, had sung the song for Ek Chalis Ki Last Local, and the sound for that year and those sandwiching it, was really moody and reflective and rock.

Pritam, who is no stranger to accusations of plagiarism is all, look guys, inspiration tu hai hee shradhanjali ki jaan. He didn’t say that, but that is exactly the kind of cheesy explanation we would like to see, because cheese we understand, Ayan Mukherji’s Astra Universe, not so much. Sounds good though: brown people could use some more superheroes in their midst.
