Eid Edition

May 23, 2021

If your Eid looks anything like ours, a lot of it includes hogging on lunch and dinner spreads like there’s no tomorrow, crashing in between for naps and looking at what everyone else is wearing on Instagram. This holiday, a slew of fashion lovers didn’t disappoint with their outfits, styling choices and effortless glam for an Eid that was mostly spent on the down low. We’re glad they reclaimed their right to wear beautiful things, even if it’s just to wish people Eid through Zoom calls or solely for the purpose of showing off your outfit.

Syra Yousaf in  Mohsin Naveed Ranjha

Syra's aesthetic is simple and minimal and she stayed true to her sense of style this Eid in this simple cotton sari. The lovely tea pink colour was easy on the eyes and ideal for a hot summer day. We particularly like that she kept the styling as simple as the ensemble itself – just some bangles and hair clips made for a casually cool look.

Kiran Malik  in Faiza Saqlain

When in doubt go white... but is Malik ever in doubt? The Dubai based actor nails almost every look she attempts. Dreamy in this Faiza Saqlain chikankari angarkha, she gets photographed in a desert looking no less than a mirage. We also love that she styled it simply with a sleek bun and teeka paired with some modern earrings/ear cuffs. Less is more and Kiran proves it with this look!

Hania Amir in Hussain Rehar

Seeing the bubbly Hania in this watermelon pink outfit from Rehar’s luxury collection made us
realize that this is her colour. The outfit has enough going on to be formal but also looks like it's super comfortable making it a win in our books. We didn’t miss the details on the back of the outfit with the butterflies and love them as much as Hania herself who dedicated a post to them on her ‘gram’.

Eman Suleman in Zara Shahjahan

The colours on this outfit are enough for us to take notice as not too many would choose such bright oranges and pinks in this scorching heat; that said it is a great way to make a statement. With such loud colours it’s best to keep everything else simple, which of course Eman did in her usual fashion.
