7-Day Winter Survival Tour to Hunza, Fairy Meadows and Nanga Parbat, hosted by Fast-Track Tourism, begins on January 23 on private, air-conditioned coaster. Departure from Daewoo Terminal Thokhar Niaz Baig at 7pm.

Cost: Rs 24,500 per person (for couples, Rs 6,000 extra)

Places to be covered include Batgram, Bisham, Dassu, Samar Nalla, Diamer Bhasha Dam site, Chillas, Fairy Meadows, Nanga Parbat viewpoint from Thalchi, Rakaposhi viewpoint, Hunza, Altit and Baltit forts, Royal Gardens, Attabad Lake, Passu Suspension Bridge (optional hike to Passu Cones and Batura Glacier View).

During the trip, the itineraries may be affected by reasons beyond the hosts’ control. In such a situation, organisers shall not be held

responsible.

Fast-Track Tourism is a voluntary body being operated by a group of outdoorsy, passionate persons with years of experience in hiking,

camping and trekking.

Socially distanced art classes continue on Sundays at the House of NANNAs for limited attendance with masks.

Timings: 11amto 2pm.

Drawing boards and benches are provided. Bring your own lunch and some soap cakes for the needy.

The classes are held under the tutelage of senior artist and conservationist Dr Ajaz Anwar.
