Director Sarmad Sultan Khoosat’s latest feature, Zindagi Tamasha is said to be “a brave film in context of Pakistan’s current socio-political environment. It is an intimate portrait of a Lahori family, as well as a scorching political commentary on the ‘little gods’ on earth who police our private passions.”

The event promises an enlightening conversation with the film’s team.

*The Rhythm Circle with Dugdugi

shall be held on Sunday (today) at Faiz Ghar. Timing: 3pm-4:30pm. Venue address: 126-F, Model Town.

The event is about “drums with words, poetry and narrations.”

*‘Afkar e Taza ThinkFest 2020’,

a two-day event, concludes on Sunday (today) at Alhamra, The Mall. Timings: 11am- 7:30pm.

The 2020 edition of the Lahore ThinkFest offers “two packed days of thought, discussion and action” with “more than forty panels, over a hundred speakers, and a distinguished Nobel Laureate.”

The event follows a specially curated exhibition and a concert by Ali Sethi which is free for all.
