You need help? Here are some menu options…
Oats, natural yogurt, 1 apple
Four bananas baked with wheat germ and some sultanas
Fruit salad: Banana, apple, kiwi, pear and strawberries. Mix the chopped fruit with two tablespoons of honey and two tablespoons of wheat germ. Alternately opt for a glass of lassi.
Make a salad with one carrot, one beetroot, one tomato, one onion, six chopped olives, salt and a tablespoon of olive oil. Have it with a slice of bread.
Guacamole: one avocado, cilantro, salt, half chopped garlic, lemon juice and a tablespoon of anise seeds. Allow yourself a slice of bread and additional lettuce.
Make a salad with grated radishes, grated turnip, half chopped garlic, half a cup of green beans, chopped tofu, lemon and salt. Again, one slice of bread.
Two fruits, one slice of bread and a cup of tea.
The easiest tips are often the most difficult to implement, but they are also irreplaceable. If your skin is not as perfect as you desire, it means it’s lacking oxygenation. Brain cells need a daily supply of at least 200 litres of oxygen to operate correctly. But after the age of 30, the percentage of oxygen supply to the skin is reduced markedly. The solution: Get away from everything three times a day, and make a conscious effort to breathe deeply. Try inhaling deeply for five seconds and then exhale for the same period of time. Not only your skin will look healthier and more vibrant, but it will also make you feel much better.

Sleep is directly related to the activity of melatonin, the sleep hormone that is produced only at night, with a maximum discharge at two in the morning. Around 3 a.m., the synthesis of collagen fibres peaks, the microcirculation in the blood vessels and capillaries is activated and water drainage is enhanced. This allows more efficient removal of toxins and improved permeability cells. If you want this process to be conducted in the best possible way, switch your body "off" and allow it a minimum of eight hours of rest. Remember that going to bed early is the key to proper rejuvenation.
Extra Committed to Success? Murad’s Sleep Reform™ Serum for nighttime use also contains melatonin to boost your skin.
It´s 10! Go to bed…
You live in a country where the heat is overwhelming and sweat glands work overtime, giving your skin a shiny and wet appearance. Don´t be fooled! Your face sweats but isn’t hydrated. Although water is not a substitute for a cream, it is essential for certain integral skin function, such as the regeneration of cells. You need to drink enough water in an orderly manner. The rules are: always at room temperature, preferably between meals, at similar intervals. To calculate your water requirements divide your weight in 30 (if your weight 60 kilos, you should drink 2 liters)
