*Yoga with Haleema Imtiaz

When: Starts November 8 (Saturdays and Sundays). 10-11 am.

Where: The Colony, Lahore.

What is it about: These yoga classes, which will run for four weeks.

Saturdays will be the fiery junction of Hatha and Vinaysa styles of Yoga. Sundays are for Yin, where the participants will tap into their intuitive nature.

The participants are required to bring their yoga mats and water bottles with them.

The trainer, Haleema Imtiaz, is a yogi, an aerialist and a pilates teacher. She’s done her certifications from ULU Yoga, Thailand.
