What is it about: Today’s key events include Women Writers and their Heroic Characters, a session with Feryal Gauhar, Rhonda Gossen, Lucie Azema and Sofka Zinovieff, chaired by Mahvish Ahmed; New Literary Anthology: Home, It’s Complicated, a session with Omar Shahid Hamid, Awais Khan, Fiona Razvi and Osama Siddique, chaired by Saba Karim Khan; The Art of the Play, a session with Clemens Berger, Meher Jaffri, Fatima Amjed and Lucy Fricke; and Istanbul: Three Cities, Three Stories, which will see Prague-based traveller Lukas Kubin in conversation with Amna R Ali.
