inors wait for a ride back home, as they return from work at sundown. It’s obvious that they’ve been deprived of their fundamental right to go to school and study; and forced (by their elders) to work as labour, usually at a brick kiln or an auto workshop. Their innocence is gone too soon. But no one seems to care — neither their family and folks, nor the state. 

Does anyone care?
