terrific look in a black Proenza Schouler spring 2023 trouser and top set,
embedded with dramatic ruffled sleeves
at the 60th edition of New York Film
Festival in 2022.

Promoting Tar is as much a duty as giving the film your all and no one understands this better than Cate Blanchett. At a film promotional event, she wore an Alexander McQueen stonewashed denim jacket and matching trousers. Apart from denim, the tailoring – especially on the jacket – and a Tom Ford white shirt with Louis Vuitton shades gave the look an edge. The strip down the leg and contrasting stitching also gave the look an inspired feel.

Suit up

Somewhere during the season of promoting a film in which Cate Blanchett is playing, according to her, the most complex role of her career, she also pulled out suits and left everyone else

Well, no, not really except if you’re Cate Blanchett. The actor, while attending a press event for her film, Tar, wore an orange
Alberta Ferretti Resort 2023 button up long sleeve jumpsuit which might bring to mind
‘Is orange the new black’ or is it just Cate Blanchett’s choice of accessories that made it look otherwise: the belt, shades and the
Louis Vuitton bag.
