Minorities Festival, a two-day event, concludes Sunday (today) at OLO Junction, Garden Town, Lahore. Timings: 3pm-9pm.

This is said to be the 7^th edition of the festival. It includes film screenings, performances, panel discussions “with focus on… minorities and sub-cultures around the world.”

*Absolut Rock — Ajoka Nights shall be held on January 21 at the PILAC,

Lahore. Start time: 7pm.

The event is said to be about “the magic of theatre, beauty of music, delicious live cuisine and fascinating performance art under a starry night sky.”

*Lahore Backyard Ultra Cycling Cup 2023, a two-day event, opens on January 21 at Bikestan. Venue address: 142 CCA, Phase 6, DHA, Lahore. Timings: 8am-11:45pm.

An annual affair, the sporting event mandates that the cyclists complete an 18-km loop in an hour’s time until only one cyclist remains. Cyclists will continue to complete laps till there is only one cyclist left in ladies and gents categories, respectively. S/he will be declared the finisher/ winner once they run the last lap within the given hour.

All participants will be presented with custom made event jerseys and participation medals.
