Ibrahim wins U11 title in tennis tourney

KARACHI: Ibrahim Noman won U11 singles title when he beat Zain Mohammad Ali in the summit clash in Union Club Open Ranking Tennis Championship at Union Club here Wednesday.
Ibrahim faced tough resistance from Zain in the single-set encounter but eventually won by 8-7.
However, in U9 singles final, Zain made his mark, winning the match against Zain Ehtisham by 8-3.
In ladies singles semi-final, Hania Naveed defeated Kajal by 8-0.
In men’s doubles semi-final, Ibrahim Iltifat and Mustafa Tariq defeated Eibad Sarwar Hussain and Talha Sohail by 7-6, 6-4.
