Man dies in road accident

OKARA: A man was killed and three others, including a woman injured in a road accident on Tuesday.
An auto rickshaw was hit by a speeding van on the Okara-Jaboka road, leaving Shahdat Ali of 16/GD dead on the spot and Tasleem Bibi, Mudassar and Rikshaw driver Abdul Hameed wounded. The injured were shifted to the DHQ hospital.
DRUG PEDDLER HELD: Police arrested a drug peddler on Tuesday.
On a tip-off, the B-Division police arrested Liaquat of Kot Nihal Singh and recovered 760 gram charas from him.
