Allegation of stopping employees from performing duties levelled
ISLAMABAD: A reference was sent to the Interior Ministry against 15 persons who are alleged to have forcibly stopped PIA employees from performing their duties on Tuesday. The PIA administration will itself take action against its absent employees. High-level sources of the Civil Aviation Authority told Geo News that the government was taking strict action against PIA employees who violated the orders. At the first phase the noose will be tightened around those who forcibly stopped PIA employees from working and a reference had been sent to Interior Ministry against 15 persons in this regard. According to the sources the reference will be sent to magistrate directly without FIR and summary trial will be conducted. The sources said that at the second phase the PIA administration would take action against those employees who remained absent from the duties.
