Girls’ hostel owner booked

CHAKWAL: City police on Tuesday booked a girls hostel owner for not registering a girl’s name with the police station.
During checking of names of girls who were residing in the hostel, it was found that one girl’s entry was not got registered in the police station. At this, the police registered the case against hostel’s owner Naeem Ilyas of Mohallah Sargojra. Meanwhile, City police booked Usman for issuing a fake cheque of Rs 600,000 to Najat Ali, which was bounced by the concerned bank.
DACOITY: A dacoity incident was reported here on Tuesday.
Some unidentified accused entered the farmhouse of Farooq Nafees at Bhikari Khurd village and took away valuables. Nela police have registered a case.
