Large number of Uzair Balochs in assemblies, national institutions: Siraj
LAHORE: Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Senator Sirajul Haq has said that a large number of Uzair Balochs are sitting in the assemblies and national institutions who had usurped the rights of the masses and were denying them pleasures of life.
Talking to the media men at the residence of former Lahore Mayor Mian Aamir Mehmud here on Monday, he said that these people had been deciding the fate of the masses since the last 69 years and it was time that indiscriminate action was initiated against them.
He offered his condolences to Mian Aamir Mehmud on the death of his father.Sirajul Haq said that revelations made by Uzair Baloch were alarming and shameful and he had exposed many faces. The JI chief said the rulers were fighting among themselves and had no plans for the welfare of masses.
He said tussle between the ruling parties would do no good for the people. He said it would be better if the ruling parties joined hands to pull the country out of the present mess.He said that corruption had engulfed the whole society and trillions were being plundered from the public exchequer every year.
However, the rulers were least bothered about this evil. He said the JI campaign against corruption in March next aimed at cleansing the national politics of plunderers and bringing forth an honest leadership.
He hoped that the masses would join the campaign in large numbers and pave the way for the expulsion of corrupt elements from all walks of life.
