New techniques stressed to improve performance

FAISALABAD: Director Governing Board of Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (Fesco) Abdul Hameed Chaudhry Thursday said fast changing trends, awareness of new techniques and implementation of the techniques in professional life can improve performance of departments.
Addressing a workshop arranged by the USAID (Power Distribution Programme) on the topic of benchmarking for performance improvement, he said process of learning and refresher courses further polish performance and skills of professionals.
He said different departments are making progress by adopting state-of-the-art technology.
Chaudhry said more reforms are required in power sector and through modern technology we are brining positive change capacity building and development of the sector.
UDAID Chief of Party, Deputy Chief of Party Saleem Arif, Director FESCO Board Rana Ihsan Afzal, CE Commercial Sardar Masood Iqbal, DG HR Fesco Ihsan Siddique, DG HR Gepco Hashmat Kazmi, Director USAID Tahir Ali and other also attended the event.
