Orders to arrest 12 govt officials issued

GUJRANWALA: In the light of inquiry reports, ACE Director Rana Abdul Shakoor on Friday issued orders to arrest 12 government officials, including two police sub-inspectors and a naib tehsildar.
The ACE had received corruption and fraud complaints against Sialkot Naib Tehsildar Ashfaq, Patwaris Iftikhar Ahmad and Zulfiqar Warraich, SIs Riaz Ahmad and Ejaz Ahmad, UC secretaries Zahoor Ahmad, Haq Nawaz, Faqir Muhammad and Akbar, ASI Imran Ali and other officials. During inquiries, the allegations proved against them.
